The process to join isn't as long as it looks! Our main priority is that you find an event to compete in that you feel comfortable with. You can join at any point in the year!

To join, you must:

IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER

1. Print this form packet and fill it out. 
2. Scan the forms after you are sure you have completed it correctly. Read the checklist on the first page to ensure you did it correctly. Forms must be IN ORDER to be accepted.
3. Compile the PDFs into ONE file. The google form will not accept a folder. 
4. Fill out this Google Form and drop the file with your forms where it asks you to do so.
5. Make an account on this website (there will be a sign up button on the upper right corner), and fill out all the information it asks you to.
6. Wait until your account is approved! Accounts will be approved once forms are correct until 10/1. After this date has passed, accounts will be approved at the end of every calendar month.
7. Do not make multiple accounts. The account will NOT be approved if your forms are incorrect - please check with the sample forms and directions to make sure your forms are filled out correctly and in the right order.
8. Remember to pay the suggested $250 membership contribution
   You can donate directly through your evsd.club account or through Paypal here. We strongly urge you to contribute if it is within your means or our program will struggle to function.
9. Until then, you are free to attend practices for any event! 

IF YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER

1. Print this form packet and fill it out. 
2. Scan the forms after you are sure you have completed it correctly. Read the checklist on the first page to ensure you did it correctly. Forms must be IN ORDER to be accepted.
3. Compile the PDFs into ONE file. The google form will not accept a folder. 
4. Fill out this Google Form and drop the file with your forms where it asks you to do so.
5. Do NOT make a new account – Your account from last year is currently inactive; we will make it active again once we receive your correct, complete waiver forms.
6. Regular registration closes on 10/8.
7. All accounts will be frozen until you complete your registration form properly. If your forms from this year are correct, your account will become active. However, if your forms are incorrect, or not turned in, your account will stay frozen. Accounts will be unfrozen at the end of every calendar month.
8. Once again, do NOT make a new account.
