How do we determine where these funds go?
Our goal for 2020-2021 is that every event has a coach. These $5000 will go towards ensuring that goal. If we fully meet our goal, each event will recieve the full office hours they planned for. However, if we only make 3/4 of this $5000, each event will recieve 3/4 of the office hours we originally planned for. This split allows us to be the most equitable with our resources.
