Confirmation Forms

Confirmation forms must be filled out by all competitors in order to attend a tournament. One confirmation form will be sent out directly after you sign up on the website to your email, and another one will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the tournament date itself. Confirmation forms ask for your ID number, name, grade, days your parents are available to judge, and a confirmation that you are still able to attend. If confirmation forms are not filled out by the due date, competitors will be dropped from the tournament. In the case of partnered events, both competitors must have the forms filled out.
